The Framestead Process
Step 1: Discovery & Agreement
After a brief phone conversation, Framestead’s senior consultant schedules a free onsite visit to walk through your project in detail to get a complete picture of exactly what you are wishing to upgrade on your home. Upon agreement of the project we move on to step two immediately.
Step 2: Design & Planning
Framestead’s design team then takes your project to another level by working directly with you on drawing out your dream design and coordinating your selection desires in depth. Architectural/Engineering drawings and selection packet completion is shared and signed off on with the customer prior to launch.
Step 3: Construction & Management
A senior project manager is assigned to your project and begins scheduling the scope of work to be completed while communicating daily with the homeowner every step of the way. Our aim is to complete your project well within the estimated timeframe.
Step 4: Inspection & Delivery
Upon completion of your project, your project manager performs a final walk through inspection and delivery of the customer’s project folder complete with all pertinent documents relating to their remodel or custom build.
With over 80 years of combined experience, we have successfully renovated and remodeled many homes.
Michael S. Wimberly has over 18 years of operational and management experience including 14 years in the custom home and remodeling industries. He knows how to blend quality and value on every project no matter what size. His experience has provided him with extensive knowledge of small business and the implementation of cost controls and processes that truly benefit his customers. Michael attended Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Construction Science (COSC).
Jared Rohmann has over 18 years of carpentry and millwork experience including 10 years in the custom home and remodeling industries. His craftsmanship skills and background allow him to own every detail of the project, giving the customer unsurpassed quality in their homes.
Mike has over 16 years of project management experience and over 8 years of experience as a business owner. He excels at business strategy and translating objectives into actionable plans. Mike is also a collaborative communicator that believes in strong client relationships. He received his Masters of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business
Kenneth R. Hineman
Kenneth has worked in the construction industry for over 7 years. From running carpentry crews to project management, he is very passionate about building high-quality homes. On a daily basis, he thoroughly manages projects with efficiency and one common goal: Stun the homeowner with details, inside and out.
Abbey Jo Moyar
Abbey Jo is a young, ambitious, and hardworking individual. Though new to construction, she is quick in wit and a willingness to learn. She is currently working on an undergraduate degree in Sports Management and an undergraduate degree in political science while in pursuit of her lifelong dream of being a lawyer.
Rickie is the newest member of our team and a recent graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University. With a BFA in Interior Design, he is a creative at heart who loves using his skills to help others in creating the best spaces possible, suited custom for the individual. When away from the office, Rickie enjoys spending his time painting, drawing, sculpting, and hiking out to trails.
